Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cups Corn Kernels Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Creamed Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
Honey Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Prepare the Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, creamed corn, sour cream, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and beaten eggs.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Make the Honey Glaze
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the honey glaze over the corn mixture in the casserole dish.
Bake the Casserole
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
