Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
Cook the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add Broccoli
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet with the beef. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
