  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups bell peppers chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Method
