Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for grilling
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice the steak into thin strips against the grain. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add the steak strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Grill the marinated steak strips in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
