Method
Prepare the Turkey Patties
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Patties
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the turkey patties to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assemble the Sliders
- Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty and cover the skillet for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place the turkey patties on top of the cranberry sauce, add arugula, and top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
- Serve the sliders warm with extra cranberry sauce on the side if desired.
