  • 2 cups Sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
