Ingredients
  

Ground Turkey
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
Rice
  • 2 cups white rice uncooked
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 1 cup green onion sliced
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cook the Rice
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Cook the Turkey
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, followed by the turkey mixture, diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, and sliced green onion.
  2. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce before serving.
