Method
Cook the Rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Cook the Turkey
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Assemble the Bowls
- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, followed by the turkey mixture, diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, and sliced green onion.
- Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce before serving.
