Ingredients
  

Steak Marinade
  • 1 lb Steak of choice (ribeye or flank)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Bowl Assembly
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Avocado slices
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 wedge Lime wedges
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Salsa or pico de gallo

Method
 

Marinating and Cooking
  1. Marinate the steak in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  3. Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. Assemble bowls with cooked rice or quinoa, sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, avocado, fresh herbs, lime wedges, sour cream, and salsa.
