Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients: chop parsley, grate onion, mince garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. With wet hands, form the mixture into elongated shapes around skewers or into patties.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F/175°C) and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes total, turning halfway through until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with yogurt sauce or in pita bread.
