- Gather and prepare all ingredients: chop parsley, grate onion, mince garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- With wet hands, form the mixture into elongated shapes around skewers or into patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F/175°C) and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes total, turning halfway through until browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm with yogurt sauce or in pita bread.
