Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, fresh herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs or breasts with the herb mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges, sprinkled chopped herbs, and sliced tomatoes or cucumbers.
