Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 cup green olives pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano optional
Serving Suggestions
  • 1 bag pita chips for dipping
  • 1 bunch fresh vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil on top.
  2. Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables for dipping.
