- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cabbage into thick wedges, about 1 inch wide.

- Place the cabbage cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
