Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
Roast the Shrimp
  1. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
