Prepare the Shrimp
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
Roast the Shrimp
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
