Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts to the skillet.
  2. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown color.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
