Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for sautéing
  • 1 cup Long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley for garnish
  • 2 pieces Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then add the rice.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  6. Fluff rice with a fork, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
