- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over the top; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle remaining sauce before serving.

Feel free to customize your Garlic Butter Baked Salmon by swapping the lemons for lime or adding a dash of soy sauce for an Asian twist. Fresh dill or basil can also enhance the flavor.
