  • 4 ounces fresh salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  5. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over the top; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle remaining sauce before serving.
