Prepare the Burger
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Assemble the Bowl
- In a large bowl, layer the cooked quinoa as the base.
- Add the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and pickles on top of the quinoa.
- Place the cooked burger patties on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced avocado.
- Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise if desired.
