Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 8 oz Egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup French fried onions for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and French onion dip. Mix well.
  5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet.
  6. Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese and French fried onions.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
