- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and French onion dip. Mix well.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and French fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
