- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Mix in half a cup of frosting until combined.
- Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Dip each lollipop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it into each cake ball.
- Fully dip each ball into the melted chocolate coating and sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles while still wet. Let them set on parchment paper.
