Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour in the firecracker sauce and stir to coat the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Add a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Top with shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve
- Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra firecracker sauce on the side for dipping.
