Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup firecracker sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced green onions

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Pour in the firecracker sauce and stir to coat the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Add a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve
  1. Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra firecracker sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less firecracker sauce. You can also add other vegetables as desired.
