Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups apples diced, preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1 cup pears diced, ripe
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup clementines peeled and segmented
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and dice the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Halve the grapes and segment the clementines.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, pears, halved grapes, pomegranate seeds, and clementine segments.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
  2. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
