Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups diced apples preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1 cup sliced pears ripe but firm
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds fresh or store-bought
  • 1 cup sliced grapes red or green
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts optional for crunch
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional for flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and dice the apples, slice the pears, and slice the grapes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, sliced grapes, and chopped walnuts.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
