Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
Toppings
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Lettuce
  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into quarters and place on a serving platter.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, blue cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion over the lettuce wedges.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing with lemon juice.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
