  • 1 tbsp Salt for boiling water
Seafood
  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
Aromatics
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Liquid
  • 1/2 cup White wine
Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
Garnishes
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped

  • 2 pieces Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the fresh shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Pour in the white wine and add red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.
  6. Once the linguine is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the shrimp mixture.
  7. Toss in the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
