- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss potatoes and corn with olive oil and half of the Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes and corn on one side of a large baking sheet.
- In the same bowl, toss shrimp with remaining olive oil and Old Bay seasoning; arrange on the other side of the pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over everything before serving.

Notes
For best results, par-cook the potatoes and corn to soften them before adding shrimp. This makes sure everything is cooked perfectly without overdoing it. You can also modify the recipe by swapping shrimp with chicken or sausage, or changing the seasonings to suit your taste.
