  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

  • 1 cup sliced button or cremini mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning and Fat
  • 2 tsp burger seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with burger seasoning until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
  4. Cut four sheets of aluminum foil (12 inches each) and place a patty in the center of each.
  5. Top each patty with sliced onions, mushrooms, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a pat of butter.
  6. Fold the foil tightly to seal each packet and retain juices.
  7. Grill or bake the packets for 20-25 minutes until patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
