Cod Marinade
  • 4 fillets cod fillets skinless and boneless
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
  • 1 teaspoon green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring it is well coated.
Bake the Cod

  2. Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
