Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Gravy
  • 1 packet chicken gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
Make Gravy
  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken gravy mix with water until well combined.
  2. Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cook
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  2. Check that the chicken is cooked through and tender before serving.
Serve
  1. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the gravy.
  2. Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
