Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make Cream Cheese Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chicken broth until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
  2. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
