Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
Serve
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, if desired.
