Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
  • 1/4 cup sugar for coating
  • 1 tsp cinnamon for coating

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Shape and Bake
  1. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop small balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Coat the Donut Holes
  1. While the donut holes are baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Once baked, remove the donut holes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  3. Roll the warm donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
  4. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
