Ingredients
  

Meatball Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs preferably Italian seasoned
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 cups marinara sauce store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Prepare the Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into 1-inch meatballs.
Bake the Meatballs
  1. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Serve
  1. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Serve the meatballs with pasta, in a sub, or as an appetizer.

Notes

These meatballs can be frozen for later use. Just bake them, let them cool, and store in an airtight container.
