  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup or barbecue sauce for topping

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup of ketchup or barbecue sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
