Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Drain excess water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichokes until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or bread.
