- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray, inserting a cake pop stick into each ball.
- Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
- Melt dairy-free chocolate chips and dip each pop, allowing excess to drip off before returning to the tray.
