Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (5 oz) high-quality tuna in water drained
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Drain the tuna well and flake it into a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mash the ripe avocado until slightly chunky.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature on its own or in whole-grain bread or lettuce wraps.
