- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into fine pieces in a large bowl.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips until smooth and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate before returning them to the tray to cool completely.
