  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips until smooth and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate before returning them to the tray to cool completely.
