Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Spaghetti or Linguine Your choice of pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in diced cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, fresh basil, and lemon juice to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
