  • 1 large Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tbsp Chives finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly on each slice of sourdough bread.
  2. Layer thinly sliced cucumbers on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle chopped dill and chives over the cucumbers.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with another slice of sourdough bread and cut into desired shapes.
