Cooking Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, heat crushed tomatoes in a pot over medium heat; stir in oregano and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer until thickened.
- Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce for additional flavor melding before serving.

Store leftover turkey meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. They can be frozen for up to three months, reheating directly from the freezer in the oven or in sauce.
