Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat preferably lump crab meat
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup mixed greens for serving
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise preferably light
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Combine Salad Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine.
Serve
  1. Place mixed greens on a serving dish and top with the crab salad mixture.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
