  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Green onions
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
Noodles and Sauce
  • 8 oz Chow mein noodles
  • 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch slurry Mix of water and cornstarch

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the chicken breast by slicing it into thin strips.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and green onions to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and chow mein noodles to the pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry, then pour it over the mixture in the pan.
  7. Stir everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
