- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them evenly on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix BBQ sauce and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
- Once baked, transfer meatballs to a serving dish and drizzle with warm BBQ sauce. Serve hot.
