Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 6 strips thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor; set the bacon aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic to the remaining bacon fat and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  5. Return the crispy bacon to the skillet with broccoli and garlic; season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
  6. Serve hot, optionally topped with Parmesan cheese.
