- Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor; set the bacon aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic to the remaining bacon fat and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Return the crispy bacon to the skillet with broccoli and garlic; season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with Parmesan cheese.
