Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced
Cheese
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced or balls
Herbs
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Slice or tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large serving bowl, layer the cucumber slices, tomato slices, and mozzarella pieces.
  2. Toss in the torn basil leaves evenly over the top.
Dress the Salad
  1. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
  1. Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes
