Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Rice
  • 2 cups white rice for serving
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and melted butter.
Combine and Cook
  1. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve
  1. Serve the chicken over cooked white rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
