Method
Prepare the Steak and Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out each tortilla and sprinkle a layer of provolone and cheddar cheese on one half.
- Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture over the cheese, then fold the tortilla over to create a wrap.
Grill the Wraps
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each wrap.
- Place the wraps on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove from the grill, slice in half, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
