Ingredients

Steak and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter for grilling

Method

Prepare the Steak and Vegetables
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out each tortilla and sprinkle a layer of provolone and cheddar cheese on one half.
  2. Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture over the cheese, then fold the tortilla over to create a wrap.
Grill the Wraps
  1. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each wrap.
  2. Place the wraps on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill, slice in half, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
