  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Method
