Prepare the Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Cook the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze until cooked through.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and place on a serving plate. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the top, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
