Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Large shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 whole Lemon wedges
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil.
  4. Dip each shrimp into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Place the coated shrimp on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
